A clear purpose.
This notice explains what the BELOW early-access website collects. The thinking partner is in development. This website does not collect private AI conversations or create an account for the future product.
What you share
When you join, we collect your first name, email and role, plus your business name if you provide it. After signup you can optionally choose why you’re interested and whether you’re open to a short research conversation. Please don’t submit sensitive business information through this form.
Why we collect it
We use these details to manage early access, send the development and access updates you request, understand who is interested, and contact you for research if you volunteer. Joining is free. It does not create a paid subscription.
Campaigns and website measurement
We store campaign labels from the link you followed with your signup, where present. We also record basic page and conversion events with a random identifier that lasts for the current page visit. We do not send your name, email, business name or research answers to analytics. Campaign labels are hashed before being included in analytics events.
The site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or session replay. If PostHog is enabled, it receives only these limited event fields. Our hosting providers may process technical connection information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Storage and access
Signup details are stored in the project’s PostgreSQL database. The website and signup service use hosting infrastructure, and authorised people working on BELOW may access signup details for the purposes described above. We do not sell your signup information. Infrastructure providers process data to operate these services.
For spam prevention, the service temporarily records a keyed hash of the request’s network address alongside request counts. It does not store the raw network address in the waitlist database.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your signup details, or stop receiving updates, by emailing hello@uxel.org. We may ask for confirmation from the signup email address before changing a record.
We keep signup details while they are needed for the early-access programme and related development updates, unless you ask us to remove them. We will review retained information when the programme ends. Security counters and analytics have separate maintenance and retention controls.
The future product
Privacy statements on the landing page describe principles BELOW is being designed around. Product-specific terms, service providers, retention arrangements and memory controls will be explained before you are invited to share conversations in the product.
